Aunty Pam,

When I and my brothers had a Mum in hospital, you were there. Whenever I fancied turning up on your doorstep for a week or two in the summer holidays, you opened your door. When I needed rest and was unable to walk, well, you pushed me and my wheelchair into a gutter, giving me no choice but to stand up and put myself back on the pavement for you to push again (literally the funniest thing ever!), but you were there. When I had an unwell 6 month old, a husband with a broken jaw and full time work to juggle, you were there. When I was sat at home one day, age 13, and you and Uncle Gerry decided I absolutely needed to go to the cinema to watch Jurassic Park, you drove an hour to fetch me and take me. Didn't warn me, just rocked up and practically kidnapped me, but I smiled for days - I'm still smiling now, almost 30 years later.
I am so thankful for all the memories and all the love. Thank you for being my Aunty. I love you.
