Well I really cannot add much to what Jeanette has already said. 

But Pam was an exceptionally strong character in as much  as she always copped so well in Geralds absents,

and brought up two great kids, and pretty much two grand kids, who are also great. 

The very last thing she said to us as we were leaving from our last visit was: Come Lord Jesus Come!

So it is with great sadness that we wave you goodbye, but also with great happiness that we shall meet you again

(and it's looking like very soon) in the air.

To clarify that remark, the following from 1 Thessalonians 4 Vs 16 & 17:

16 For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout,

with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God.

and the dead in Christ will rise first.

17 then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together

with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air.

And thus we shall always be with the Lord.

The above is commonly referred to as the Rapture.

So dear Pam & Gerry we shall see you soon ---  Maranatha.
